Rockshots Records is thrilled to announce the signing of Columbia, SC rock n' roll act The Raz for the upcoming debut self-titled album set to drop on February 9th. Pre-orders for the album can be made over at this location.
The first single and lyric video "No One To Blame" can now be accessed in the player above. The band commented: "The music for this track was written on the spot between guitarist Nick and bassist Raz, whom also wrote the lyrics about a former musician friend that had unfortunately passed away from cocaine addiction."
The four-piece rock act is comprised of four individuals from four different decades who love music, and more importantly, love to play music together. As The Raz, the band brings a diverse set of backgrounds together and makes it into 'Raz-N-Roll.' Taking the name from bass player Dale Raszewski’s nickname, “The Raz” is also comprised of Adam Shealy (Drums), David Scott Mcbee (Lead Vocals), and Nick “Kuma” Meehan (Guitar). The nine track debut album is a song and groove oriented rock record for fans who appreciate the sounds of classic rock with blues groove in the veins of Led Zeppelin, Badlands, Joe Bonamassa and Rival Sons.
