Follow The Cipher Releases Video Clip For New Song 'Valkyria'

Swedish modern metal act Follow the Cipher released a video clip for the new song "Valkyria," which is available in the player above. The song appears on the band's self-titled debut album coming May 11th via Nuclear Blast Records. Pre-orders are available here.

Follow The Cipher was originally guitarist Ken Kängström's solo project. It was supposed to be a small release, just for himself, but stuff happened along the way which changed a lot of things. Vocalist Linda Toni Grah came into the picture when she auditioned for the band. She stood out both as a fantastic person and as an awesome singer. The band eventually recruited the remaining members but as time went by, Linda and Ken parted ways with them and recruited the current lineup of Viko, Jonas and Karl. The band commented: "Follow The Cipher represents a dirty, dry, rusty and lonesome environment in a devastated future, collapsed by a careless consequence of our past. This is presented through our graphical theme, stage show, our music and the lyrics within it."
