Kły Signs With Pagan Records, Details Debut Full Length Album 'Szczerzenie'

Mysterious trio Kły has signed a record deal with Poland’s renowned Pagan Records. The band has just finished working on the debut album entitled “Szczerzenie," which will be issued on April 20th in digital and digipak CD formats. Check out a preview clip in the player above. Although Kły was established in 1997, the band released the first demo “Taran-Gai” only last year. The first full-length release “Szczerzenie” was recorded at the turn of 2017/18 at Czyściec studio with Nihil (Furia, Morowe etc.) handling production and mixing duties. The album consists of six tracks which are difficult to categorize under one subgenre. At the roots of the album lies melancholic Burzum-like black metal richly interwoven with different sounds. The band compares those different sounds to the music of Hypothermia, Lifelover, Austere, Grey Waters or even the early works of Ulver, Unholy, Katatonia or Anathema. Kły have a broad spectrum of musical influences; however, black metal, the mountains, the forest and shamanism are the driving force. The Track listing and artwork can be found here:
