Finnish hard rock act Wishing Well released the new single ”Pilgrim Caravan,” which is available as a new music video in the player above. The song is the second single released from the band's “Rat Race” album, which was issued back on March 2nd via Inverse Records.
“Pilgrim Caravan” is a story of a young boy’s pilgrimage to Mecca and the song features Arabic violin played by Syrian violinist Mouafak Baravi. The song is an ambitious piece of work, which successfully combines doom metal feel with tribal ambience, resulting as a very strong and original heavy metal song. The song is written by guitar player Anssi Korkiakoski. Wishing Well are a hard rock band from Helsinki, Finland. The band features Chilean vocalist Rafael Castillo, Hammond-organist Arto Teppo, drummer Juha Kivikanto, bassist Rick Becker and guitar player Anssi Korkiakoski.
