Spanish heavy metal band Death Keepers, whose debut album "Rock This World" was released back in January via Fighter Records, just announced that legendary singer Mike Vescera (Obsession) has joined the band.
The official statement issued by the band reads: "It is such an honor to announce that Michael Vescera (Loudness, Yngwie Malmsteen, Obsession, etc.) is Death Keepers’ new singer. "Michael Vescera is an American singer of hard rock and heavy metal with worldwide acclaim. "Apart of being a singer, Vescera works as a music producer. His late collaborations include artists such as Metal Mike Chlasiak and Bobby Jarzombek (Halford, Sebastian Bach, Fates Warning), Bobby Blotzer’s (Ratt) and John Corabi’s (Mötley Crüe, Scream). "Halfway through 2011, Vescera join[ed] Animetal USA (Sony Music) alongside Rudy Sarzo on the bass, Scott Travis on drums and Chris Impellitteri on the guitar. In the middle of 2016, Vescera takes a breath from the Animetal project in order to record something new with Rudy Sarzo, John Bruno and BJ Zampa.
