Carnation To Release Debut Full Length Album, Posts Video For New Single

Belgian old-school death metal unit Carnation will release the debut full length album "Chapel of Abhorrence" worldwide on August 17th via Season Of Mist. Pre-orders are available here at the Season of Mist E-Shop.

The band released a video clip for the album's blistering title track - an overdose of ripping death metal - which you can check out in the player above. Regarding the track, Carnation said: "Every religion build houses for their gods. Believers go to these houses to pray and strengthen their belief. Christians go to church, Muslims go to mosques... In comparison, the 'Chapel of Abhorrence' is were deviants go to embrace their foul desires. It oozes with depravity. It's the house of sin, the home to perversion and the realm of repulsion."

Formed in 2013, Carnation has built a reputation as a notoriously impressive live band. The band has performed across several prominent European metal festivals such as Alcatraz Metal Fest, Graspop Metal Meeting, Summer Breeze and Eindhoven Metal Meeting, touring on the backs of the debut EP and live album.
